At present, no invoicing or binding contracts with fiscal effects are carried out. The activity will be formalised in accordance with current regulations (registration with tax authorities and social security) once the first commercial agreement with a client is finalised.

Services Offered

Impulsando Negocios Locales aims to provide tailored traditional and digital marketing services to small businesses, freelancers, and local enterprises, especially within the Valencian Community. These services include:

Note: The provision of these services will only formally commence once the relevant tax registration has been completed.

How to Engage Our Services

1. Users can get in touch via the website form, email, or social media.
2. An initial free consultation is offered to understand the client, their business, and their needs.
3. A personalised proposal is then provided.
4. The contract will be formalised once the professional registration as a self-employed individual is completed.

Pricing and Payments

No standard rates are displayed on this website. All quotes are prepared individually based on the type of project and client requirements.

Clients will be informed of the available payment methods and payment options once the contract has been formalised.

Estimated Timelines

Each project will have an estimated timeline, agreed upon in advance with the client, and subject to change depending on complexity and workload.

Communication

Communications will primarily be conducted via email, phone calls, and video calls, although other channels can be enabled if requested by the client.

Review and Revisions

Unless otherwise stated in the quote, each project includes up to two rounds of revisions. Additional changes may incur extra costs, which will be communicated to the client in advance.

Subcontracting

Impulsando Negocios Locales reserves the right to collaborate with external specialists for certain services, always under direct supervision and with the client’s knowledge.

Service Cancellation Clause

The client may cancel the project at any time before its completion by providing written notice.

In the event of cancellation, the client will be required to pay for the work completed and delivered up to the cancellation date.

If the cancellation occurs when the project is near completion, the client will also be required to pay a compensation fee equivalent to 10% of the outstanding amount, covering administrative and organisational costs. This does not imply delivery of the final work or full transfer of intellectual property rights until full payment has been made.

Under no circumstances does cancellation exempt the client from fulfilling payment obligations for the work actually completed and delivered.

Intellectual Property

All creative materials developed for the client (designs, copy, websites, etc.) will become the client’s property once 100% of the agreed budget has been paid.

Impulsando Negocios Locales reserves the right to showcase excerpts of the work as part of its portfolio, unless the client requests otherwise.

Confidentiality Clause

All information shared by the client will be treated with strict confidentiality and will not be disclosed to third parties without their consent, except where required by law.

Data Protection

Limitation of Liability

Impulsando Negocios Locales shall not be held responsible for:

• Content published by third parties or external links.
• Results on algorithm-driven platforms (Google, Meta, etc.).
• Incorrect information provided by the client.
• Services that have not been formally contracted.

Updates

These terms may be modified without prior notice to adapt to regulatory changes or business model updates.

Acknowledgement of Reading and Acceptance

Use of Impulsando Negocios Locales’ services implies reading and acceptance of these General Terms and Conditions of Contract.

Jurisdiction and Applicable Law

Should a commercial relationship be established, it will be governed by Spanish law. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts and tribunals of the service provider’s registered office, unless otherwise mandated by law.
